We stopped by today to look at a truck listed on their website. We ended up purchasing the truck partly because of the great service we received. Everyone was friendly and easy going. I didn't know buying a car could be so stress free. Thank you to Tyler Cook. If you go to Landers, ask for him. Geaux Saints!
We scheduled a service appointment 3 weeks ago and were called today saying we were welcome to drop off the car but it would sit there 2-3 weeks if not more before anyone would get to it stating there were 40 cars ahead of it. Why make appointments you knew you could not provide service for.
sales is awesome... this was my 1st service appt there and, in my opinion, they scheduled too many appointments at the same time. My appt was only suppose to be 1 hour but it took almost two.
Landers Dodge took great care of me today! I went knowing the exact car I wanted and let my Salesman Fred Varner know I needed a deal! I ended up getting my Charger at at great price with no hassle or negotiating needed! For weeks I had been searching for the perfect car from state to state & received some pretty bad service from dealerships from Alabama to Texas! I finally decided to go to Landers (20 minutes from home) when I should’ve gone there first! The process was seamless and fast! I love my new Charger! Thanks again
