We recently purchased a Range Rover LWB - Matt was our Sales Associate. One of the easiest purchases we have ever made- he was respectful not pushy, very accommodating and answered all our questions . I would def recommend him!
Atrocious customer service and complete disregard for my time. I was told that my vehicle was going to be ready at a specific time, I even called an hour prior to confirm, when I arrived I was informed that it was NOT ready. After waiting for 35 minutes my service consultant said he was going to bring my car to me, I waited outside for an additional 25 mins, apparently my car was taken on a test drive but nobody thought it prudent to inform the service consultant!!!
