This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The level of incompetency I dealt with was astounding for a luxury car dealership. I typically never write reviews, but I actually looked forward to writing this one because of how awful my car buying experience was at this dealership. RecommendedI’ve bought 2 cars from Matt Yates at Land Rover Orlando and can not express how great of an experience it has been. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and I feel that he has always had our best interest in mind. He went out of his way with both of our purchases and he has been consistent with following up to ensure we are still happy with our decision. He even had our vehicles delivered to our home, which was a game changer! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and go talk to Matt.
Highly disappointed with this dealership. I needed to replace the locking lug nuts on a customer's range rover sport. Drove 25 mins across town because I am on the west side. I went to parts and bought the new lug nuts and was told the guys in the service department have a master set and would quickly spin off the old ones. when I went to ask to have this done, they pretty much refused and told me I had to book the vehicle in for something which literally could have taken them 2 minutes to do.
