I was unfortunately assigned to Annamarie Pistone in response to an inquiry on a preowned 2018 Audi 5. She is the rudest sales representative I have ever worked with in a car dealership. After I was chastised for test driving the car too long, while sitting in traffic and stopped by emergency vehicles, she proceeded to laugh at my "southern" accent upon my return. RecommendedBuying a motor vehicle should not be something that you approach with fear and trepidation. Fear that you will be oversold and you will be sold the vehicle that earns the most commission for the sales person and profit for the dealership. I have bought two vehicles now from the Goodwin Motor Group. I have never had a good experience here. Using COVID-19 as an excuse for not picking up the phone for 45 minutes is shameful. Trying to charge $1000 to install crossbars and removable bicycle racks is a joke. Why do I feel like they’re always trying to shake me down when I leave this dealership. The energy in the place is dead. When you buy luxury goods, you expect high-quality customer care. This place is anything but.
Recommendedgreat experience, our sales rep was fantastic, Ricardo Torres, got a gorgeous Jaguar, great service, fab premises, high end attention, after a couple of weeks in the market and checking different cars at different dealerships, I can tell you all that the difference with the other dealerships and this one was the same as flying in economy or business class, this dealership being Business Class :) Very impressed and happy with my purchase.
