After asking me if my warranty was expired all changed. My car passed from having a minor sensor thing to a big motor trouble. I went twice because they forgot to reserve a loaner (having been specific about the need). Then I had to call every day to get an update, they would tell anything. Now with my car back it has new issues that it didn’t had before!!

If I had the choice of no stars, that would be the one. I bought a Land Rover Vellar and with 500 miles the tire punctured, had insurance for tire protection. I called Land Rover where they informed me that I could take it to any store to make the exchange. I arrived at 10am at the Fortlauderdale store, at noon they came to inform me that they could not perform the service because my car was under 15 days old, that they were not viewing the contract in the system and that I had not bought it at that store, that they did not.... read more
