This service department continues to disappoint. Problem after problem with horrible customer service.
Actually, this is my second posting as I had to take my car back in for service Tuesday February 2nd. It was just as bad as the first service noted below. I booked the service appointment online and got a confirmation. When I got there, no one seemed to know about the appointment.
