Took car in 11/03 for a software update to address engine revs. Went to drive 11/04 and check engine light came on. Also got "Forward Alert”, “Hill Descent Control not avail” & "ABS fault detected" alerts. Car now initially bucks as it starts moving, then ok. No issues prior to mechanic doing update. Called last night and left voicemail. No-one called me. My experience at the dealership was excellent. Everyone was professional, polite and courteous. Mr.Edwin Nieves, was the sales individual that I worked and, he was very knowledgeable and with out pressuring me into buying a car helped me with all the information I needed to make the right decision. I have never had a good experience here. Using COVID-19 as an excuse for not picking up the phone for 45 minutes is shameful. Trying to charge $1000 to install crossbars and removable bicycle racks is a joke. Why do I feel like they’re always trying to shake me down when I leave this dealership. The energy in the place is dead. When you buy luxury goods, you expect high-quality customer care. This place is anything but.
great experience, our sales rep was fantastic, Ricardo Torres, got a gorgeous Jaguar, great service, fab premises, high end attention, after a couple of weeks in the market and checking different cars at different dealerships, I can tell you all that the difference with the other dealerships and this one was the same as flying in economy or business class, this dealership being Business Class :) Very impressed and happy with my purchase.
