I was unable to schedule an appointment. Online the first appointment available was 6 weeks away, and when I attempted to call, they just dont answer their phone. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I stayed on hold waiting for someone to pick up until their phone system disconnected me. I tried several times a few different days. Service manager is not professional and very rude to say the least. He was a complete jerk!!!! Denied warranty on my vehicle and it’s 21/2 yrs old with 25,000 miles and under warranty. I went to Landrover corporate who did nothing. The woman who had my case Carol Mack refused to hear my case and denied my request to speak with a supervisor on several occasions and the secretary who answered the phone is even worse. William was amazing! I had a brand new car that was purchased through another dealership that had a check engine light come on after two days… And I was a nervous wreck! William found the problem (oxygen sensor) / fixed it immediately as it was of course under warranty and could not have been nicer and more accommodating… Fabulous dealership!
