Linda was friendly and professional from the start. I never had to call in and check on my vehicle to find out the status of service. Periodically she contacted me ahead of time to keep me well informed as well as to the cost being charged. While in the showroom seating area, she also kept me posted as to how long I would be waiting for my loaner. Brought the Range Rover in for service for an issue with the front strut. Rick in service was very professional and upfront about potential delays in getting the car back due to renovation work taking place in the service area. I appreciate that kind of direct communication. As a result we were able to establish an agreeable "I must have the car by" day. The car repair was completed and was ready ahead of that day. Outstanding , best buying experience I've had purchasing car. Completed an internet search and located the perfect Range Rover. Tommy completed the paper work, I flew in and he met me at the airport. Picked up the Rover and was on my way in less than 2 hours. My wife's early Xmas gift and she loves it.

I've been to a lot of dealerships for service and this one, by far, blew all the rest away with their customer service. From constant communication in modern ways, to arranging to pick me up, to making sure everything was done speedily- everything was top notch professional! And did I mention it wasn't my car?
