Shockingly rude and unhelpful when called about a house alarm on one of their properties that's been going off for 5 days. For the 2nd time. Their number is the only indicator we have to get in touch with someone about coming to turn off the alarm, new owners or old owners or whoever currently has keys. We just want them to get in touch with whoever can turn this off. Instead we were met with rude staff with an unhelpful attitude, backchat and a tone of "not our problem". Recent purchase on a property through this company went well, as a purchaser in this case Sarah made regular contact on behalf of the sellers and was always very polite. We were let down on this occasion by our solicitors whose communication was poor, this led to unnecessary delays which we know caused a degree of concern from the sellers. Sarah smoothed the way and we got over the line today. We would recommend Lancastrian Estates but avoid CGM Law of Windermere, they’re too slow!
