We have had a few viewings with Lancastrian estates. Although we have not bought a property through the company as yet, our interactions with the Lancastrian Estates team have been a totally different experience from dealing with other estate agents in years gone by. I would highly recommend Lancastrian Estates to sell your home. Transparent communication at every stage. The Videos definitely help to sell/buy your home rather than deceiving wide screen shots you get with competitors. Fair rates for Selling too. James Unwin is a credit to the business and will act immediately and effectively to any concerns ))
We hired Vinos restaurant out for a weekend to run a pop up bar . Matt kitchen was brilliant thoughtout the process . He was very professional and efficient from start to finish and we cannot thank him enough Highly recommended.!!!
