Been eating here for sometime. Quality of food and service sucks. Just sent my order back to the kitchen. Told them to keep it. I will eat these warm fries and sweet tea ( Which I had to return the unsweetened for the sweetened even tho the waitress argued that I was wrong), Won't be back

Tonight was the very first time me and my husband went to Lancasters and we live in Troutman. We ran into my sister in law and brother in law and nephew and decided to all sit together. We waited about 15 minutes for a table which wasn't bad. It started getting bad when our waiter came over. He didn't even say hello, good evening or anything just "what can I get yall to drink". Tonight was the worst service I have ever received at any place or establishment in my life.. Waiter acted like he did not even want us there forgot one of my appetizers then everyone's food in my party came out except mine waited another 50 Mins for my food before it came out and then it was more fat than brisket my wife had to basically beg to get a refill on tea literally basically felt like we got ignored I asked manager to come out and she said she would give us half off the ticket and my food would be free well after w... read more

I remember why I have not been to Lancaster ' s in over a year... The hostess was not very "hostess" like. But the icing on the cake was that I was not allowed to order off the kids menu- I had weight loss surgery 9 months ago, my stomach is literally the size of a kids fruit squeeze pouch. It would have been wasteful for me to have ordered an average portion since I do not eat "left-overs". I apologize for any inconvenience you had. Unfortunately, our servers have a boss, and they have to follow his rules. They are not allowed to give the kids portions to adults. Yes there is exceptions. And you having the surgery is one. But you have to give us proof. Because anyone can say that is the reason. And they have, customers have abused the privilege. Thank you Lancaster's as usual! Our son loves to go there to play the games, so we just celebrated his third birthday there. The good was great; and the service phenomenal!
