From humble beginnings in a small former gas station, Lancaster's BBQ was born in Race City, USA (otherwise known as Mooresville, NC). Lancaster's has the best wings around. And their BBQ salads are the best.
Found this restaurant five years ago while driving South from PA and it is now a MUST stop for us whenever we are on the way thru. Great food and an awesome staff. We met the owner tonight and he took time from his work to stand and chat with me for about 10 min. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The bbq and service are great! Make sure you get the red neck fries! Love the NASCAR atmosphere!
Won't go back. Was charged around $8-$9 for one piece of bone-dry grilled chicken breast-\-\nothing else with it. I asked the lady if they sold chicken by the piece so that I could get one piece of chicken for my dog. I told her it could be a thigh or breast. She recommended the breast because it would cook faster. And then proceeded to ring up ~$8-$9 for it. Next time I will try catfish sandwich!! The decor was so cool. loved the fresh, huge hush puppies! I could have had a small salad and them! Hard to find where we live and sooooo good!
