Terrible is all I can say!!!!! Lazy manager!!!!! Dirty facility!!!!!! No customer service!!!!!!! Do not waste your gas or time!!!!!! Will not go back this place should just shut down!!!!!

Lancasters is the BBQ version of Chucky Cheese. If you have a family and little inclination for quality food, this is the place for you. Our pork ribs were good, but the beef brisket was so overcooked that it was like leather. The potato salad tasted good, but was the texture of baby food. The okra was fried whole which made it awkward to eat. Are they too lazy to cut the okra into bite-size pieces? We did have a good server who tried to make us happy, but alas when the food is that awful, it is an impossible task.
