Tried their pulled pork and it was awful. Chewy with awful sauce and seasoning. Tried the brisket sandwich and couldn't even bite through it unless it was a piece of fat. Threw it out and only ate the bbq beans. What a waste.

I am sorry you did not like the BBQ, it is chopped Eastern style BBQ. We have a lot of people who like that way, and some who dont. Unfortunately we can not please everyone. Worst organizational skills I have ever seen. Waitresses are just standing around while people around me that are also picking Togo orders for the super bowl are also getting ignored. Worst skills I have ever seen and I have been in the restaurant business for 16 years. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE EVER AGAIN and when I can locate a manager that is actually capable of doing their jobs then they also be getting a piece of my mind!!! Who cares if the is good when the service isn't for shit! !
We ate there last night. The place was empty(it was early). We were seated in the back by the bathrooms(we should have asked to be moved,my fault). The smell of gasoline lingered in the air during our meal. I don't know where it came from but the smell was awful. The food was just OK. I won't be going back anytime soon. Better places in Mooresville to eat. Price too high for the quality.

The food is fine. But one of my favorite waitresses is not there anymore ???which really bothers me as I had taken several friends there in the past. Kathy will be sadly missed as it appeared she was non-stop and always helping people!!!! And she was there for ever !! Oh well there are plenty of other places around hopefully I will find out where she is working at
I would consider my husband a BBQ connoisseur which means I have tried a lot of BBQ from all over NC. This is by far my favorite!
I came to Charlotte on a company trip and my trainers brought a group of 12 to eat here. I grew up in Charleston, SC but live in Colorado now. I was so impressed with the food and service, particularly our server Cathy! She did a great job keeping us entertained and never missed a thing anyone ordered. She went out of her way to fill a special request for me, and I'm so thankful! It did my heart good to see excellent customer service and true southern hospitality alive and well at Lancaster's
