Amazing customer service! We love Lancaster's for the great food and service every time. When we had a slight mixup in a to-go order, Josh in management showed us how much Lancaster's cares about their customers! We love this local restaurant and support it 100%!
We are visiting NC from IL and wanted some good BBQ. We went to Lancasters last night with a party of 15. We did not call ahead or try to make reservations, but we were seated in a very timely manner!!! Our waitress was Hayley, and she handled our large group like a pro. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious!
