Ben came out to mend a faulty Velux window within 30 min after calling him. He liaised with Velux regarding the warranty and a part that was required. Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Ben and Craig did a fantastic job in replacing our 6 ancient (30yrs +) pine Velux windows. Despite delays (due to diabolical weather) the job was finished in a timely manner and the final result is well fitted Velux windows. We decided on maintenance-free white polyurethane finish that looks fantastic and will see us out! They were clean and tidy taking away all rubbish and keeping the working area clean both during and after installation. We cannot recommend Lancashire Roof Windows highly enough.

What a gem of a find Lancashire Roof Windows LTD was and is. We recently had a new Velux window installed by Ben in November 2023. Problem - leaky roof window. Spoke to Ben, the owner, he came out, had a look, gave me options, an estimate and all the information needed for me to make a decision. A few weeks later, with the weather against him I have a new velux window that looks amazing. Blind ready to fit after Christmas and one very happy customer. *Highly recommended* Lancashire Roof Windows. Great communication. Uncovered several other problems which were sorted.
