A rat or rats decided to take residence in my garden compost bin. Never used a pest controller before so it was down to a Google search for an independent local. The first contact didn't respond so i messaged Neil at LPC. A positive experience from the outset, attended promptly, was knowledgeable, open and transparent regarding costs and potential outcome. Positive result within first two weeks them monitored for a further 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to use LPC again and happy to recommend.
