Overall good. We had a few issues with communication and a lack thereof at the beginning of the process of selling our house once we'd accepted an offer. But when I raised it as an issue, Sophie took over our house sale and she was fantastic. Very responsive to emails and phone calls and always returned calls and she turned around my opinion of Lancashire Law. I would definitely recommend Lancashire Law and if you work with Sophie, you will have a diligent and professional person working on your behalf

Quoted 1 price and the final price they charged had so many more extra bits that they could’ve easily included within the initial quote but what they’ve done is quote the absolute basic price possible then once you’re locked in and towards the end you’ve no choice but to just pay it. Literally only went with these guys cos I was a naive first time buyer and the estate agent said it would be a ‘quicker sale’ through these as the seller was also using another branch of Lanc Law.
