Only care about landlords, will happily leave tenants with mushrooms growing, only way they sorted it was cause of review. Absolute joke trying to get deposit back
Really bad. And I mean really REALLY bad. From start to finish they caused me so many problems. And they tried to keep my deposit when I moved out. Everyone needs to hear how bad this company is. Don't trust them.
A first class service by Lorraine, Klaudia and the team. They were always available and had professional solutions to all eventualities. Highly recommended.
Very poor at dealing with problem tenants despite also managing their tenancy. Happy to rent you an uncleaned home but when you leave treat the property -they act as if you moved into a show home and when it comes to getting your deposit back beware! Falsify damage which was already present when I moved in.
