Pam is lovely but there are a couple of things that were less than satisfying. We brought a vintage lamp that has a glass shade with what is called a cluster socket. Apparently there is a cap that is necessary but was missing. Pam did ask about the missing part but we didn't know what it was and did not have it. Rather than replace the entire "cluster" so the lanp could be made useabable, the lamp was rewired using the original parts, still missing the cap. Pam is GREAT! I purchased a hand carved lamp base for a steal from an antiques store in the West Bottoms. I excitedly went straight over to Pam and she gave me A+ service. From choosing the perfect shade and finial, to deciding how to rewire it, Pam had an impeccable designer's eye and practical sense. I would definitely patronize her store again.

I love this place! I took an old chandelier in to be cleaned and re-wired. While there, I saw another chandelier that I had to have. Pam was wonderful to work with. It is so nice to have such a great store in the Northland.
