The food is disgusting I wouldn give it my dog. The lift kept breaking down . The tumble dryer didn work for months . A lady kept wetting herself because the carers where to lazy to take her to the toilet
I visit a friend here every week, the staff are fantastic, and very caring, also surroundings and room are very good.
