Recently had my Ram truck in for a factory recall that was according to the recall paper a procedure that would a little over an hour. The appointment was for 7:30 am and we didn't get the truck back until almost 3:00 pm. This has happened to me twice at Lampe and its very dissatisfying that they can't be more on schedule.
