They sell you a warranty and then tell you your parts are covered but when you bring it in their story changes and all of a sudden what you needed fixed is not covered and they charge you a ridiculous amount to fix.

Freddy and Mike gave us excellent and expeditious service, as did the guy in finance, whose name I forgot. (-: There is a real teamwork environment that seems totally geared toward customer service.
The worst dealership ever! I put in my application for a jeep and was told I would be called around 2 or 3 the next day. I called at 10:30 to ask about what was going on and was told by "Mike" that I wasn't forgotten about. I then call at 2:30 to ask how things were moving a long and was told the jeep I put my application in for was sold at 9:30. So, now I am made to believe my business wasn't good enough for them.
