works service department ever! . we have had our truck there 3 times and still not fixed issue. getting the run around and its always someone else's fault. will never purchase another vehical there at this rate!
I purchased my car a year ago, whenever I come to the service department they have always been professional and very helpful. I had a very bad experience with Keller Motors and Lampe stood by me and paid my rental while my car was sent to another great facility Merle Stone in Tulare. (my car is a Chevy and was covered by the factory warranty if Keller would have taken the time to find out). Thank you Lampe, and thank you Merle Stone.

Just bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The smoothest transaction ever. I went and met with Reggie, and he made the rest so easy!! I just picked out the suv we wanted. Reggie understood what we wanted and made it happen. I also want to thank Mike for getting the numbers right where we wanted to be. Shelbi made the paper work understandable, and the whole process was in and out....Reggie is the man!
