The service department and this experience were good. the 2008 Pacifica however is NOT. This was the THIRD time that ALL motor mounts had to be replaced. In 53 years of my life I have never had ANY other motor mounts replaced on ANY car. This is no fault of the service department, it is Chryslers (obviously) very poor, defective design. CHRYSLER should pay for their mistake, not me to the tune of over $900 for the THIRD time.
This dealerships service department is horrible they have no ability to fix my jeep Rubicon.. if you bring your Jeep to them the technicians can only replace parts they cannot troubleshoot, they do not have the technicians to work out troubleshooting issues...

Great experience at Lampe. We arrived and had at least 30 minutes to look at Jeeps before a salesman approached us which was very pleasant. Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and never pressured us to buy. The manager was very nice and professional and the Joe went out of his way to get us great financing! I will go back to buy another vehicle from Lampe before any other dealer in Kings or Tulare Counties.
