RecommendedI showed up at 845pm, on Wednesday night, 10 minutes before they are supposed to lock the doors... and these guys stayed after hours, til 1050pm, working a super buy deal for me. I bought my Jeep Cherokee in January and yesterday had the first of two free oil changes. It took about an hour and they were very busy but the service was excellent and enjoyed time spent visiting and laughing with my best friend. The customer service could be a little more friendly when checking in but she was smiling when we left! LOL
Went to this dealership stressing on buying a new car (thinking I was going to get pressured or swindled) but ended up having a great experience along with a new ride. Mike, Chris, and Shelby were extremely friendly and answered all my questions and provided for all my needs. Recommend this dealership 10/10 all day. Great pricing and great staff.
Took my truck in for recall repair. Picked it and it had issues that it did not have prior. Called them and was told there maybe was a glitch or something happened when it was hooked to the computer. Took it back dealt with Brian Dunn and he shouldn’t work with the public he’s a huge jerk. Wanted to charge us 140.00 to hook it to computer to see if they had screwed up. Not going back!!!!!

I have a 2015 ram 2500 diesel. I took it in to Lampe dodge And they told me I have a bad turbo actuator. IThey also told me that it was not Covered under the powertrain warranty and that I would pay $3500 to have it fixed. I just looked online for Ram forms. Others have had the same problem but it was covered under the powertrain warranty. This is the second time I’ve Had an issue with Lampe dodge Not honoring the warranty. I will have to pay for the diagnostic fee and will end up having to take it to another dealership who ... read more

Had an outstanding visit on Friday. 2nd vehicle purchased from Lampe.. Salesman Andrew Daniels was great and with no pressure (an extra bonus). He had the patience to show us a lot of cars and no B/S. We talked it over and went back in the evening and ended up buying not one but two vehicles. When signing the paperwork Joseph was the best. he was able to get us a better deal at a lower percentage rate. Lampe also started a lifetime power train warranty on all new cars sold.
