Purchased a double bed Divan Ottaman, you don't get instructions but you can Kind of figure it out. If you are left with any parts you are missing something. They need to include washers for the headrest as the screw heads are not wide enough to have a good grip. The main issue is delivery. Why they deliver a 6am in the morning, when you have new born etc I just don't know. 6am delivery is just silly. If I knew that would I have purchased maybe not. Bed is INCREDIBLE. Absolutely love the unusual art deco style headboard and brilliant to be able to get a space saving ottoman divan. Quality, workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Was easy to assemble- just had to screw on the hydraulics, clip divan bases together and attach the headboard. Inside of the bases is a lovely faux wood finish which is a notch above what you’d normally get. Ottoman function works great- super smooth and easy to lift/ close.
