The work that was done was good, was able to fit me in at short notice and worked hard to try to keep to a very tight deadline. At the start I knew it was unlikely to be fully finished (skirtings, kitchen kickboards, and a storage cupboard ) by the time I had to move my stuff in. We agreed he would come back to finish when I was ready. But now he's not responding to calls, messages, emails.
