I've had Lamiglas rods in my drift boat for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I own other brands and always seem to reach for one of the old Lami's for slaying Alaskan salmon.
My ol faithful NW Special was really beat. Needed a new upper section. Emailed Christine at warranty and she emailed my back with in a few minutes. No luck on a new section as they don't make that rod anymore. She offered me a new rod at a great price so I bit. Felt bad cutting my ol rod to mail in a piece, but I've got high hopes for the new one. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced!! 5/5!!
Horrible fishing rods. Horrible warranty. Horrible customer service. A shell of what this company used to be. If I could give 0 stars I would.
