Another great experience. I broke the upper section on my 14yr old g1000 series rod. I was gonna call it a loss but remembered they had a fast track program. I sent the section of rod in and when they never received the envelope I got worried. Real worried. After 11 days of waiting, someone there made the decision to honor my claim, regardless of the fact they didn’t have anything to go on other than my word. Excellent .. I fish a lot of offshore fishing and was surprised how happy they were to take the old rods in for new ones. They’re all more than a decade old and well used.
