Customer service was nice and helpful sent 2 rods in they didn't Carrie no more so they gave me a nice discount on the newer models very satisfied thanks you lamiglas much appreciated
i m from the northwest growing up fishing the Columbia gorge and it's tribes. lamiglass is a quality rod I have several s GLASS and e glass that are older than me. steelhead to tuna redfish and catfish they never fail me.

Ordered a rod blank that came in damaged. Sent back and after months of a different story every time my husband calls they finally sent a replacement and then charged us. When we called they said they don’t give warranty replacements?!?! So we’re out a broken rod (they kept it) and the money we paid for it. Terrible customer service....
