I was happy with my lamiglas rods that was until the day I had a warranty issue my pole was only a couple months old I caught 3 fish with it when it broke I was standing on the bank holding my pole not even fishing and the end just fell off I was told if the pole was over sanded it would be warrantied but if it was any other issue I could buy a new one at a discount I asked if the warranty would cover it being defective and I was told no the pole is in the trash and it doesn’t look like I will be buying lamiglas again can’t ... read more
Have fished Lamiglas rods for salmon, steelhead and walleye in the NW and Alaska for the past 40 years. Have had some rebuilt, tips replaced and broke a tip on one that was so old they couldn’t replace the tip so sold me a new rod for the price of a tip. Nothing but good to say about Lamiglas and their products. First class all the way. ��

I love Lamiglas I snapped the top section of my $400 infinity rod took it to their shop and they replaced it right then and there. It was hassle free, free of charge, and great customer service. It is this reason I will continue to keep coming back as a customer for years to come not to mention the handcrafted high quality and USA � made rods
Had a great experience, broke the tip on an old rod and they replaced it with an upgrade for a small fee! I'd go back in a heartbeat
Best warranties in the business, that actually gets honored. and when you are talking to somebody in the warranty department you are talking to somebody that fish and knows what your talking about. Had issues with a neither rod builder in woodland, went in to get fixed I was telling her about the break and how I was fitting the fish. She said that sounds like your fault. I asked her if she even fished, she laughed and said no. Josh, and Jason have been good ambassadors of the spott.
