I had a deeply frustrating experience with the receptionist, Ms. White, at Lambton Road Medical Practice. I called to book an appointment for my 4-month-old daughter who was unwell, specifically requesting an afternoon slot after 3pm, as my wife was working and I needed to take her with me. However, Ms. White came back with an appointment for 10am the next day, which was not feasible for me. Just had an appt with Dr Clara yesterday. Excellent support and care. She was attentive and respectful. I came with a list of queries and information- she responded to them all with interest. She looked through my medical history thoroughly . As a consequence I have got some important referrals which should help get to the bottom of my medical issues. I am very grateful.
Nurse Ritchell was absolutely lovely. My appointment was for my smear test. These can be painful for me because I have rectovaginal endometriosis as well as lots of RV adhesions. This can also cause some anxiety which I’m sure makes things worse. Ritchell was so kind and I said to her and will say again it was the best smear test I’ve ever had.
