Having been a patient for three years, overall I have found this to be an efficient and pleasant practice. My reluctance to award 4 stars is due to the difficulties I have been experiencing in trying to see a doctor ( Dr Popov) for a skin problem. I have been trying for two months but each time I am told there is nothing available and to try later. Fantastic experience so far. I was able to register online easily, and then book online through the NHS app at 11pm for an appointment at 9.30am the next morning. Very pleased with the advanced nurse practitioner who listened to me, was responsive and chatty whilst explaining how we would approach solving my issue. Compared to other GP practices I’ve seen before that have weeks of waiting time and no online booming, and staff that couldn’t care less about you, this was a real breath of fresh air!
I’m new to the practice but, so far, have been really impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff and nurses, particularly Mrs Gavin-Andrews, who is such a wonderful medical professional. Easy to book appointments through the app for GP, nurse, pharmacy and phlebotomy appointments. Think the service must be much, much better than in most parts of the country, so feel very privileged.
Think we’re very lucky to have such an efficient and professional doctors surgery in Raynes Park. I manage the medical needs of my own family as well as our elderly relatives. Appointments are readily available online, including outside of business hours and if what you need isn’t there, the receptionists always do their best to accommodate you, especially in an emergency. The doctors, nurses and pharmacists have all provided my family with fantastic service.
