I can highly recommend Lambourne Carpets! I needed to re carpet my Mum’s flat and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sandy, in the showroom, was excellent as I was totally clueless on what colours to go with. She showed me various shades then helped me pick a matching vinyl for kitchen and bathroom then organise measurements to be taken. This was done the very next week. My experience with Lambourne Carpets and Flooring Ltd. has been extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing a very expensive carpet, I have encountered numerous issues with bubbling in various places. After their attempts to correct the problem on multiple occasions, the issue persists. What's worse is their refusal to take responsibility, instead attempting to shift blame onto the manufacturer of the carpet.
