I needed to see somebody because I had a dry skin problem 🤔🤔 I needed to see somebody because I had some problem in my ears ☝☝ I saw nurse/GP there and they've taken blood from me, and they were available and that's helped , and that's GOOD. So they got four stars but not five,because I'm not happy (enough/at all), in general. THE practice is convenient, local & answers phones/ patients, and cost is affordable/free .
Your team are harsh and rude. I believe your level for care for a large group of patience has dropped. I have been with your team for many years and I look forward to finding a more compassionate gp to join. I asked for help to only be told > your too stressed. I asked for help weeks back stating I wasn't sure what my issue was but needed help and was turned down straight away with zero efforts in helping me find the source.

Favorite doctors and rude administrators. What to do? Very rude attitude towards patients. Not the first time, but today I encountered rudeness and disrespect from two administrators at the reception.
