re: 2015 Chevy Impala, when I talked to the salesman, he said do you mind if it smokes a little, I looked at him and left. The people there really don't care, it is a small town, and probably the only Buick dealership. I would never recommend.
Lambert Buick is a very professional ,personable company. Even though the vehicle I was interested in was sold- I will still consider purchasing a vehicle there ;they are a very pleasant group of people whom make me feel like a valued customer and not just a commodity
John Marsillo called me back right away! I was able to go see the car the same day! The car was ready for a test drive, and I loved the car so I decided to buy it! John and his team made this process as easy and quick as possible! It was the best experience I’ve had in a dealership! The overall staff was nice and friendly too! Salesperson was very helpful in getting the amount reduced. Car couldve been detailed better on the inside but other than that very cordial and pretty good customer service. Our salesperson Nathaniel was GREAT!!
