Jon was very prompt responding to my original inquiry and kept great communication throughout the process. I ended up buying from another dealer, but definitely not due to the salesmanship here. I would come back again
The dearler was able to contact me right away. I realized after I had contacted the dealer that their establishment was in Ohio. At the time, I was not able to make the drive there, other than that, they were effecient.
Good experience
The dealer responded to my request promptly. My husband and I made an appointment to see the car 2 days later. When we arrived, Dave had the car ready for viewing inside, as it was raining. Dave provided answers to all of our questions. We purchased the car that day and drove it home. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience and we have received several followup communications from Dave and would definitely recommend using this dealership to our friends.
