The worst customer service people ever. The worst detailing department ever. Had to clean my own car after buying.
Friendly, efficient, helpful. Was told that Lambert never 'gets-in', 'orders-in' used cars previously owned by smokers. My wife and I feel quite certain that our 2017 was smoked in (smell, some staining of seat belts, rare minor melts/burns of carpet and upholstery). This was not a deal breaker for us, but does indicate that some things can slip through. Very much appreciated the Carfax print-out (in color), in the car prior to test drive.
David was very helpful in answering my questions on the Kia . It was already sold but he did try to help me with looking for another car.
Though I will not be able to purchase a car at this time the sales staff was very polite when contacting me.
Was contacted quickly but the salesman that contacted me couldn't locate the vehicle.
They responded fast and unfortunately the car I wanted had been sold but they were very prompt to email me back
They responded quickly and kept me informed on what they had on the lot.
He replied quickly and answered all of my questions.
