Sent 12 emails in a week. Stopped in, was ignored by sales people chatting with each other. Finally took a test drive, asked for a a few standard details about the car to be sent via email, then NOTHING! Bought somewhere else.

First sales rep I talked with was helpful and set me up with a test drive, but he was not available at the time of my drive. Second rep got the car out for me and turned me loose with it to drive as long as I wanted, so I have no complaints, but because this was a Nissan EV they could not answer many questions. I will need to go to a Nissan dealership.
