Carfax did not reveal the car was in a flood. Dealer bought it at auction, sight unseen? Salesman was very good, and totally appoligetic. Hope they pre-screen the cars better before presenting them to customers.

I’m in the middle of purchasing my vehicle so far so good. I go pick her up in one day! I really liked the video they send you so you can meet your salesperson by face. I live 40 minutes away so it’s important for communication. I loved all the links they send so you have all the information! They are very up front about what they can and can not do. Although I ended up working with two people they treated me kindly
