I ended up being interested in a Terrain- Bryan had it ready for me to drive when I arrived! He was very helpful and kind- Mark ended up being the person to take us through the process of purchasing and it was like I was hanging out with a friend- Both guys were so amazing to do business with, never pushy or anything except very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else for future purchases. 5 stars for sure!
They responded to my email the same day but in the meantime I found a different car and bought it.
The salesman contacted me....was very nice and not pushy. So I decided to go to the dealership several days later...and they were all very nice and helpful and seemed very honest. Sooooo, after many hours at the dealership , and driving a few cars, I ended out purchasing a NEW 2018 BUICK ENCORE! I will definitely recommend Lambert Buick GMC to my friends and relatives.
I went to look at a car and was told I’d be able to test drive it. Upon arrival I was informed they “couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle.” It was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional
