I realized the battery of my Buick Lacrosse died when I was getting ready to go to work on Monday May 5, 2014. Luckily, I was still covered under Buick's Certified Roadside Assistance Program and they assisted me wonderfully over the phone to get a tow truck driver out to my residence and bring my car to Orange Buick GMC. Orange Buick GMC is a terrible car dealership. Our experience was riddled with mistakes causing us to make multiple trips to the dealership to re-sign paperwork. Our money for a duplicate item has not been refunded. No one, including the manager, returns messages. We tried not to write a bad review but they left us no choice. We are easy-going people, not complainers or demanding...maybe that's where we went wrong.
You strive to give excellent service and should you make a mistake you do what is needed to make it right! Keep up the good work! Jeannine H

They were very helpful – I am 87 years old and everyone is so very nice to me and helpful. I have a 1997 Buick Lasabre which looks like new and I just love it. I had my side mirror fixed Monday and it didn't cost me anything as I had rewards coming to me. Thanks for everything, Mary Anne J
