We bought a vehicle from them in 2017 and it has been a great vehicle. We trusted them and bought an SUV from them late last summer. When we test drove it it made a thumping noise at very slow speed when making a sharp turn. The salesman told us that was common to all AWD vehicles. We never had one so didn’t know. It gradually got worse. Turns out it is the rear differential and the car is now in the shop for just under $3,000 in repairs. They knowingly sold us a car with severe issues.

On December 29, 2021, I purchased the subject VIN with Andre and closed out financing with Mike. As explained to Andre yesterday, who also expressed he brought it to your attention, I am extremely displeased with this transaction. I understand the financing manager is the only one who can provide information on the terms. Although I asked both Andre and Mike repeatedly regarding the terms of the agreement the information was not shared until the final signature was submitted and documents were finalized with Mike. I am very disappointed in my experience with the service department for the last 7 months. I used to come with my dad to this dealership when I was in middle school and have continued to come here as I've grown and purchased cars of my own. I live pretty far and it is inconvenient to have to rearrange my work schedule and take time and gas to drive here. Last October we purchased a new 2017 Buick Encore. When we took possession of the vehicle it was well documented that the front bumper cover was coming loose and need to be adjusted (fixed). This should not have been a big problem but the vehicle has been in the shop 3 times for repairs. We were told that Buick "had a fix" for this problem. Well the fix (butyl tape) lasts maybe a couple of days. The repair order states that the body mounting surface is out of specification..... in other words a manufacturers defect. I recently bought a Buick Encore from here, Christopher was our salesman and he was great! He made the whole process very easy for us and was extremely personable. Very disappointed in this dealership.... went to the dealership because we saw a car on sale for $39,100 on the internet. I get to the dealership and the salesman says the price is wrong, that was last month price, the price now is $41,900.... I ask him to ask manager if he would honor that price if so we will buy it. The manager won't honor it. Hate dealers who play these number games. So unprofessional. Very unwilling to work you, the sales guy wasn't as motivated or seem to be working hard for you!

On January 29, 2017 we purchased a new Buick from Orange Buick GMC and we could not be happier with our experience. Our salesman, Oscar, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, was easy to work with and took the time to answer all our questions. The new car sales manager, Joe, was very pleasant to work with and helped us through what could have been a stressful process. Buyer Beware. Issue #1: A car I was interested in was listed for $27,000. When inquiring about the price through their best price guarantee (aka "get the orange price"), I was told it was $20,350. I called to discuss thisprice, and was told that it was not accurate and the sale price was $23,350. Today we bought a new Terrain at Orange Buick! Peterson was our sales consultant and did a marvelous job. He was able to explain all the functions of the vehicle in very understandable terms. Additionally, Roger Menn was very helpful in explaining the sales process to us. He was knowledgable and personable. Both gentlemen are ones that I would recommend to friends and relatives. I have been a customer for 12 years and have found both the sales and service departments to be very professional and easy to work with.
