Today we bought a new Terrain at Orange Buick! Peterson was our sales consultant and did a marvelous job. He was able to explain all the functions of the vehicle in very understandable terms. Additionally, Roger Menn was very helpful in explaining the sales process to us. He was knowledgable and personable. Both gentlemen are ones that I would recommend to friends and relatives. I have been a customer for 12 years and have found both the sales and service departments to be very professional and easy to work with.
I recently brought my third Buick Lacrosse from Orange Buick of Orlando. My sales person Steve Williams was outstanding delivering the Lacrosse I wanted. I've been enjoying the handling and features of my Lacrosse. The customer service from sales to service department has been great. Choosing Orange Buick GMC dealership to purchase my vehicle was the best decision I could have made! I have been going to Orange Buick now for about two and a half years. I`ve had some tough times and some smooth times also, but I just haven`t been able to get the new Buick Lacrosse that I really want. The prices on these cars are sky assed high and it seems that the companies are catering to the upper echilons with the big bucks. Orange Buick GMC of Orlando is the place to buy a car. I was not looking forward to the buying process because of past experience but Steve Williams our Sales Consultant was outstanding. I got every deal and discount that I asked for and more. The sale price of our new car is even better than I had imagined. There was no pressure and everyone was kind and helpful.
