Tom the tech was great! I have every confidence that he knew what he was doing and that his first commitment was to customer service (and I am not an easy customer to please). It also reinforces why I bought the new furnace from Lakeside, and the positive experiences I've had when diagnosing / fixing equipment on my own. They have always been helpful, even when they knew they would not be hired to diagnose and install. I recommend them highly.
I’ve been with Lakeside now for a couple of years and the service is excellent. I really can’t fault them at all, prices are great, engineers knowledgeable and very courteous. No problems at all and I will continue to use them in the years to come.

I called late on a cold night worried that my furnace was broken; and that my bank account was next. Mike C calmly walked me through a few steps on the phone to diagnose and fix my thermostat.
