Service was great, from estimate to job completion. They moved a laundry tub and installed a sink with cabinet, which was a bit outside the normal scope of their work. I was having a problem finding someone to install the sink with a cabinet and Lakeside and their team stepped up to get the job done. They moved the laundry tub to my basement and all items are working well. Alex, who did the work, answered any questions I had. First class business: all the way from first phone call for making an appointment to finishing up the job. Brian was exceptionally good: as a person and as a technician. He called about 30 minutes before arrival, came in a timely manner and completed the job. I recommend Lakeside without any reservations.

Technicians have been prompt (always calling prior to arrival), courteous, and knowledgeable. Today’s technician, Michael L., was no different. The entire process from quote to completion of work was exceptional. The entire Lakeside team was polite and super professional. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions adequately/to our satisfaction. They were very honest and up front on the work that needed to be completed without trying to increase the cost of our project. Scheduling was a breeze and convenient and all communications with the main office staff was easy. Top notch customer service throughout.
