Mike C. was great! Followed all Covid19 protocols. He was professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job explaining all the issues and details of the repair. Safety was his overriding priority. He ensured all safety checks and tests were completed.
We purchased our furnace through Lakeside a few years ago and are happy with it and have yearly maintenance through them as well. The technician Mike was very personable and prompt, came in did his job and with a smile, well from what we could see with the mask on ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Have used Lakeside to service my HVAC systems for a number of years now and have never had a problem. They are always punctual, technicians are always courteous, and their work is great. Absolutely no problems with them at all.
Jeremy was polite and explained what he did during our furnace and humidifier checkup. He recommended a new furnace filter in two months which we can take care of ourselves. He did his work efficiently and respected our home by wearing a mask and shoe covers.
Mike very cordial came out twice still did not fix the problem will wait for a new guy to come out on Saturday
