Mike provided great customer service and explained everything upfront. He also presented some othe upgrades to consider for the household. I’d definitely call Lakeside again in the future for Heating and Cooling maintenance and repairs. I’ll probably have lakeside send Mike C. Back out to install a WiFi thermostat for us! Great customer service and in these Covid19 times Mike was masked and low/no touch through our household and the services performed. We appreciate Lakeside looking out for our health and their own.
Great service, gave service window, called when 1/2 hour out. Service person Mike diagnosed problem, gave quote, repaired and air conditioner working perfect. Had part needed on truck, all with minimal time used. Very dependable company and service people.
We have always been satisfied with Lakeside's service. I think that every one of the technicians we've had out for maintenance has done a thorough and thoughtful job. We've had Eric the last few times, and he is professional, efficient and I never worry about what he recommends. He seems to be looking out for our interests in terms of making sure that items are repaired/replaced before the warranty expires. I appreciate his honesty. Alex M did an excellent job on all the work we had him do. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the work he did and made sure that everything worked properly. He has done work for us before and both times he did excellent work. When we need work done in the future we will use Lakeside and ask for Alex.
Jeremy was here today for scheduled a/c maintenance. He has been to my home many times and has always been considerate and professional.
