Alex was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and he laid out his plan and completed it in a professional manner. I was astonished how efficient he worked and his attention to the details. Lakeside has done great work with Ac and Heating for me over the years first time I used for plumbing and happy I chose them.

I had a scheduled maintenance visit today. As usual, the service person called before he arrived and arrived at scheduled time. He was sensitive to the coronavirus situation and practiced appropriate social distancing and he wiped doorknobs with disinfecting cloth when he was finished. I was working from home and hardly knew he was there!
jeremy was out today and did a maintenance check up on my furnace....excellent job...also he was same tech who was out to my house in 2016 on an a/c checkup
Carl and his assistant were at our house, the very next morning, after they shutdown our furnace the night before. They installed our new furnace quickly and neatly. When finished, they explained all that they did, described parts of the furnace and gave us tips on how to maintain it. They were kind and professional.

We were experiencing an intermittent issue with our furnace; Mike was dispatched to our home for an evaluation. He was very thorough in explaining the diagnostic steps he was performing, as well as explaining the root cause and the costs involved in correcting it. The problem was resolved in just over an hour. Highly recommended!
