Very good service. Eric did a really good service on my ac unit and I couldn't be more satisfied with him and his service. He showed up promptly at the scheduled appointment time and went right to work. He is courteous and friendly. Great job Eric!

Very dissatisfied and have lost all confidence with Lakeside. I have had a service package for three summers now. Today the technician shared that wiring was wrong on my air conditioner. Interesting that this is the first time it has come up after 4 technicians have serviced my air conditioner over 2 years. He initially indicated that the wiring contributed to the compressor failing.
