I want to thank my physiotherapist, Adam. He is very professional and patient. When I first walked into the clinic I was panic about my back issue, he calmed me down with his professional opinion. Adam asked about my training plan and adjusted it to fit my injury, helping me stay safe while still making progress at the gym. He is very knowledgeable, and talking to him is always pleasant. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.
Adam I can't thank you enough, today I walked 14,000 steps up and down sand dunes almost 6miles, thank you so so much for renewing my broken messed up ankle, forever in your debt, xx
